Processing of personal data, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR)

Controller in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and law 18/2018 on the protection of personal data and on amendments to certain laws:

1. Processing requests for information, orders, issuing tax documents and filing claims on the internet portals: apis.sk, biometria.sk and catalogueofcurrencies.com to the extent: (name, surname, e-mail address, telephone, message)

The Seller hereby informs the Buyer that the processing of personal data is permitted within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (a). b of the General Regulation EP and R (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. Pursuant to Article 6 (1) (a): b of the General Regulation EP and R (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, the seller will process the buyer's personal data without the consent of the data subject shall be performed by the Seller in pre-contractual relations with the Buyer and the processing of Buyer's personal data is necessary for performance of the Purchase Agreement in which the Buyer acts as one of the contracting parties.

2.3 A website visitor can subscribe to newsletters directly by entering their email address in the "Newsletter ..." field on catalogueofcurrencies.com or as a buyer, by ticking the box before submitting an order, can express their consent under Article 6 par. 1 letter a and General Regulation EP and R (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data so that the seller processes and stores his personal data, in particular those mentioned above and / or necessary Seller concerning the sending of information on new products, discounts and shares on offered goods and processed them in all its information systems concerning the sending of information on new products, discounts and shares on offered goods. The Buyer grants this consent to the Seller for a definite period of time until the purpose of processing the Buyer's personal data. After fulfilling the purpose of processing, the Seller shall immediately ensure the liquidation of the Buyer's personal data. The Buyer may withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data in writing at any time. Cancellation of the newsletter subscription can also be done electronically by logging out of the mailing list. The automatic unsubscribe is displayed at the bottom of the newsletter that arrives at the email address you entered. The consent expires within 1 month from the delivery of the withdrawal of consent by the buyer to the seller.

The controller declares that:
a) It shall use the processed personal data of the data subjects only for the above purposes in the course of its business activities.
b) Failure to use the newsletter does not create a threat of contract rejection.

Common provisions:

The personal data you provide to the operator via the registration form or direct order must be true and if you change it, you are obliged to inform the operator without delay.

The protection of your personal data is governed by the provisions of the Data Protection Act, your rights being governed by the general EP and R (EU) 2016/679 Regulations on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. e.g. the right to request, upon written request:

Right to access:

You have the right to provide a copy of the personal information we have about you, as well as information about how we use your personal information. In most cases, your personal information will be provided to you in writing, unless otherwise requested by you. If you have requested this information by electronic means, it will be provided to you electronically, if technically possible.

Right to redress

We take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the information we have about you. If you believe that the information we hold is inaccurate, incomplete or outdated, please feel free to ask us to modify, update or complete this information.

Right of erasure

In certain circumstances, you have the right to ask us to delete your personal data, for example, if the personal data we collect about you is no longer necessary to fulfill the original purpose of the processing or if you withdraw your consent to the processing. However, your right must be assessed in the light of all relevant circumstances. For example, we may have certain legal and regulatory obligations, which means that we will not be able to comply with your request.

Right to restrict processing

In certain circumstances, you may ask us to stop using your personal information. For example, if you think that the personal information we have about you may be inaccurate, or if you think we no longer need to use your personal information.

Consent to the processing of personal data
