When are more contracts, working more (flexi account is decreases), if there are not contracts, working less (Flex account is increases).

Principle: There are defined: the reference length of the workday, for example 8 hours, minimum, for example 4 hours, maximum length, for example 12 hours. When an employee is scheduled shift less than the reference, for example 4 hours, flexi account is increased by 4 hours, when an employee is scheduled to shift more than a reference, for example 12 hours, flexi account is reduced by 4 hours.
