Time&Attendance system - Visitor with RFID readers (various types)

Establishment of attendance data (identification of identity): Indirect by RFID card (Clock in, Clock out, Breaks)

RFID readers, e.g. series NetBox, S680, IM2000 "knows" read various types of RFID cards, e.g.: EM4102 Marin, Legic, MiFare, HID, Indala, etc.

Arrangement of the readers (Clock in, Clock out, Breaks)

  • Universal reader: presentation by card + choice: Clock in, Clock out or break type (e.g. 1-doctor, 2-business trip, 3-lunch, etc.)
  • By location of readers: "Clock in" reader: presentation by card, "Clock out" reader: presentation by card; "Breaks" reader: presentation by card + choice: type of breaks (e.g. 1-doctor, 2-business trip, 3-lunch, etc.)
  • Readers according time: in the morning - "Clock in": presentation by card, after lunch - "Clock out": presentation by card; any time reader "breaks": presentation by card + type of breaks (e.g. 1-doctor, 2-business trip, 3-lunch, etc.)

Notice: number of types of breaks is unrestricted, the user defines them. Each presentation made to the reader is confirmed acoustically, optically text on the screen and by LED lights (green - verified, red - unverified). Reader can also control doors / turnstiles, trigger alarms, etc. The system works well in time off the computer control: on / off-line mode
