Establishment of attendance data (identification of identity): 1. Direct fingerprint or/and 2. Indirect RFID card or/and Indirect Password (Clock in, Clock out, Breaks)

Arrangement of the readers (Clock in, Clock out, Breaks)

  • Universal reader: presentation + choice: Clock in, Clock out or break type (e.g. 1-doctor, 2-business trip, 3-lunch, etc.)
  • By location of readers: "Clock in" reader: presentation, "Clock out" reader: presentation; "Breaks" reader: presentation + choice: type of breaks (e.g. 1-doctor, 2-business trip, 3-lunch, etc.)
  • Readers according time: in the morning - "Clock in": presentation, after lunch - "Clock out": presentation; any time reader "breaks": presentation + type of breaks (e.g. 1-doctor, 2-business trip, 3-lunch, etc.)

Notice: number of types of breaks is unrestricted, the user defines them. Each presentation made to the reader is confirmed acoustically, optically text on the screen and by LED lights (green - verified, red - unverified). Reader can also control doors / turnstiles, trigger alarms, etc.. The system works well in time off the computer control: on / off-line mode
