Precise and fast system for recording and tracking of external visitors

Principle:

Personal data of Visitor (ID card, passport, e-ID) are "reading" automatically by readers from s.c. MRZ area (Machine Readable Zone).

Slot readers OCR 7000, OCR 5000K or full-page readers OCRPRMc233 read personal data by technology of Optical Character Recognition (OCR)

Process takes about 2 or 3 seconds (documents swiping via slot of reader or by laying on reading area (full-page reader), reading, decoding and data verification, data displaying on screen and saving into database)

LuxDoor - single version:

• Visitor arrival: Time of arrival = system time of computer (there is moment, when document is swiping through reader slot), visitor takes on a numbered visitor card
• Recommended way of visitor departure evidence: Visitor during departure takes off visitor card. Receptionist simply swipes it trough reader slot and saves for future visitors. Of course, this is possibly to do direct on the keyboard
• Data matching is running automatically
• Items, which are tying via keyboard: "Who is visiting", "Company", "Notice", "Car registration number"

• Upgrade of network version does not need re-installation of workstation on reception
